It shouldn't be the role of government to set interest rates, especially so artificially low. Our nation has relied on consumer spending to prop up our economy for too long. The average family is already overextended and it is getting worse. Our dollar, Constitution, and way of life have all been sold out. Great post Rob.

It's up there on my near term reading list. The Federal Reserve monopoly is always taken for granted, but need not be. It has caused far too much harm over the years and threatens to do worse in the coming years with these insane policies. America truly needs to reconsider its monetary system! I think people in general are not outraged about the Federal Reserve because they just do not understand anything about economics or monetary issues.
